State Road - Envelope Repairs Notice is hereby given that the Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to each Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry Questions Due Date: Jan 8th 2025, 3:00 PM EST The General Trades contract includes, but is not limited to, roof drainage and miscellaneous roof repairs, façade repairs, window lintel flashing rehabilitation, and localized masonry repair. A satisfactory corporate surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid together with the aggregate sum of all additive alternates. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities relative thereto.
