Sealed bids for furnishing all labor and material and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of Bid Group 1B 31 00 00 Site Work and Utilities The Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in regard thereto. Bid Proposals Totaling $40,000 or Greater Each bid totaling $40,000 or greater must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on the form enclosed in this Master Bid Package, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the total base bid amount as guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the contract, enter into a written contract, satisfactory in form, containing a penalty clause and requiring workers' compensation and public liability insurance and approval of subcontractor by Ajax Building Company, LLC and shall be prepared to provide Payment and Performance Bonds on the forms enclosed in this Master Bid Package to Ajax Building Company, LLC in the full amount of the contract price within seven (7) days after acceptance. The Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in regard thereto.
