The work generally involves removal and replacement of the existing storm sewers located on the East side of Olga Drive, between the limits of Sugarloaf Street and Cathy Crescent. Contractors should be aware that there are multiple utilities (power, TV, and gas) located in close proximity to the storm sewer. This will likely lead to atypical rates of production. No change orders will be approved relating to the unexpected lower rates of production as a result of hand digging, hydro excavation, or slower than anticipated rates of production.
