This ITT is the second stage in a two-stage procurement process for the selection of a contractor to complete the work. Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification of Contractors Establish a list of pre-qualified contractors (the Pre-Qualified Contractors) who are eligible to participate in Stage 2 of the process. Stage 2 - Competitive Procurement Process Invite the Pre-Qualified Contractors to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables. Only contractors who were pre-qualified through the Citys RFSQ 2025-08 - Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Construction of East Side Employment Lands Phase 1 will be eligible to submit a bid. Submissions from other Bidders who were not pre-qualified for this Stage 1 procurement process will not be considered. This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the City) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the East Side Employment Lands Servicing Contract. This contract encompasses the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the work described in Appendix D and Appendix E. The purpose of this contract is to install new watermain, new sanitary forcemains, and new gravity sanitary sewer.
