This Invitation to Tender (the RFT) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2024-T-268- Flooring Replacement at Northland Pointe Long Term Care Home, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). Remove existing carpet and baseboard. Patch/level floor and install new Polyflor Rual Deck wood 3102 fx PUR including transitions and Johnsonite baseboard.
