Bids may be subject to Bid Deductibles and Unit Prices. The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities in the Bidding process. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the proposal without the consent of the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority.
