Description: The City of West Bend, WI (City) is proposing to build a new Fire Station #1 on 2 parcels of land totaling approximately 12.92 acres with an access drive on W. Washington Street in the City of West Bend, Wisconsin, 53095. The City is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Management (CM) consultants to perform professional services for daily construction management for the new Fire Station #1 to be constructed in accordance with the design and specifications of the facility. It is anticipated that the CM contract will be approved by the City Common Council in late-January 2025 or early February 2025. City: West Bend County: Washington State/Province: WI
