Pulverize, Shape, Binder, Surface b. Wedge and Overlay c. Surface Lift The letting of the contract shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 66.29, Wisconsin Statutes. No bid bond is required. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities on the bidding or to accept such bid or bids as will in its opinion be most advantageous to the Town of Trenton.
