The Washington County Facilities Management Office is seeking bids for the Washington County Fair Park Asphalt Replacement Projects located at 3000 CTH PV in the Town of Polk, WI. Work includes pulverization of existing asphalt, removal of excess material, drain tile, grading and establishing the base, placing new asphalt and paint striping. Unit Pricing shall be itemized for over-excavating and installation of geogrid. The projects have specific completion date: o The work must be completed by July 11, 2025 oOther Key dates Washington County Fair - July 22-27, 2025 No work to occur the week of June 9th - 15th Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages.
