City of West Bend is accepting bids for the maintenance of the Downtown, Main Street Area for a contract period of April 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2027. The scope of services includes planting of seasonal annuals, fall mums, & winter greens; maintenance of raised planters & hanging pots including irrigation, fertilization, weed control; litter control; & vegetation control. You will not be required to purchase the West Bend Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction to bid on this contract. All quotes shall be made upon Bid Proposal form with the Lump Sum Price Schedule furnished by the Owner, shall be prepared printed in ink or typewritten, & shall be signed by the bidder in ink. Facsimile transmissions will not be accepted. The City of West Bend, Wisconsin, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City also reserves the right to waive bid defects at its sole option.
