The proposed contract will allow the purchase of 32% concentration liquid calcium chloride, as required, during winter and/or any severe weather period; product to be delivered to city-owned tanks at designated locations within the city limits within a mandatory 4-hour delivery period. The City of St. Louis, hereafter referred to as "City", is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide the City with Liquid Calcium Chloride as required by the various departments within the City on a contractual basis for Thirty-six (36) months. The City, with the consent of the Vendor(s) shall have the option of renewing this contract for two (2) additional years under the same terms and conditions.
