Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional engineering services for a roadway infrastructure project. The project is primarily intended to improve safety conditions for both drivers and pedestrians along a ~2.5 mile corridor of River Des Peres Boulevard. Proposed improvements include the widening and resurfacing of the roadway, installation of new traffic signals, street lighting, and utility relocations. Additional details are available in the Request for Qualifications and the TIP application, availalbe in the "Attachments" section of this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
