Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove all existing ceiling tile and dispose in Division 6 and 7. The tile is attached to wood furring strips which are attached to the plaster ceiling. In some cases, the furring strips may require additional attachment. The furring strips are to be spaced and leveled so the new tile attached to them is level and without "waves" or gaps between tiles. Some additional strips may be required. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing any ladders, lifts or scaffolding required. Benches and furniture may be moved to facilitate work. If this is done, items are to be reinstalled including any new fasteners, brackets or screws that may be required. The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit is currently soliciting proposal for Civil Courts Building Ceiling Tile Replacement Project under the direction of the Circuits Court in the Civil Court Building, 10 N. Tucker Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri 63101 Question Deadline 01/17/2025 at 10:00 AM CT
