The contract also involves rock lining stream channel protection, road widening, hot mix asphalt paving, guiderail installation and miscellaneous other construction activities. Th work site is located on Shimps town Road approximately 0.6 miles from the intersection of Shimps town Road and Punch Bowl Road in Montgomery Toivnship, Franklin County, PA. A certified check, bank cashier check or bid bond payable to Montgomery Township in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. A performance bond in the amount of the 100% of the base bid, as well as a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the base bid, shall be required of the successful bidder
