Site work and paving for a road / highway in Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This contract provides for the Commission to issue Work Authorizations to the Contractor to perform roadway repairs as the need arises. The contract time period will extend from the date of Notice to Proceed to April 30, 2027. Roadway and Miscellaneous Repairs, Between Milepost a-31.34 and Milepost a-130.64 in Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Carbon, Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties Major work items may include the following items: Superpave Wearing and Binder Courses Milling of Asphalt or Cement Concrete Pavement Surfaces Sonic Nap Alert Pattern (SNAP) Pavement Marking The Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended, Network No. 7012305 2 NtoB (EN-00329-03-07) together with the rates and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry applicable thereto, shall apply to this contract. Work items include, but are not limited to: milling existing deteriorated wearing courses, repairing existing deteriorated binder courses and applying asphalt wearing course overlays to existing and repaired asphalt surfaces.
