Th work site is located on Shimps town Road approximately 0.6 miles from the intersection of Shimps town Road and Punch Bowl Road in Montgomery Toivnship, Franklin County, PA. A certified check, bank cashier check or bid bond payable to Montgomery Township in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. A performance bond in the amount of the 100% of the base bid, as well as a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the base bid, shall be required of the successful bidder
