Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pecos, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a conference / convention center; for the demolition of a conference / convention center; for the construction of a conference / convention center; for the renovation of a conference / convention center; for site work for a conference / convention center; fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
The project consists of work at three buildings on the same campus site: North Building (Units A & B) - Renovation of approximately 23,830 sf of existing single-story building into Professional Development training spaces. South Building (Unit C) - Renovation of approximately 14,720 sf of existing space and additions of approximately 1,870 sf of new space for Professional Development training spaces and PBTISD Police facilities. Austin Elementary School (Unit D) - Renovation of approximately 854 sf of existing space and additions of approximately 5,180 sf of new space for new Pre-K classrooms and restrooms.
