The project consists of demolition, removal, disposal of materials and site clearance of existing structures and foundations located at 7 County Road 202, Pecos, TX 79772. This project also includes the placement of fill and compaction. Questions Due Date: Jan 30th 2025, 3:00 PM CST Online Portal Description of Structure #1 1. The metal building with corrugated tin measures113.5' by 32.5'. 2. The building has four R-panel gates on each side of the structure. 3. The building has an approximate eave height of 20.67' with a concrete foundation. 4. There is a gas line on the Southwest corner of the building. 5. The roof has seven vent hoods. 6. Description of Structure #2 1. Bid must include the removal of a concrete slab that is located northwest of structure #1. 2. Structure #2 is a concrete slab that measures 15' by 34' by 6". 3. Underneath the slab is wash bay with a collapsed tank. Description of Structure #3 1. Structure #3 is located southwest of Structure #1. 2. Structure #3 is a 4' by 4' by 4" concrete slab with an underground old collapsed septic.
