West Pecos Water System The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of the construction of 14 groundwater production wells, 4 ground tanks, a 20-mile transmission water line, a chlorination system, and booster pump station for improvement of the Town of Pecos City, TX water system. This project will be bid in four phases, 1 Water Wells, 2 Pipelines, 3 Ground Tanks, 4 Booster Pump/Chlorination System w/SCADA. Contractors are invited to bid on any or all of the phases. Owner will make contractor selection based on quality. Bid prices will be considered along with bidder qualifications and capacity to perform, recommended start date, contract duration and other factors. Owner will award four separate contracts, one for each phase. Decisions will be based on best value to the Owner. Multiple phases may be awarded to a single contractor based on price and quality. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $33,250,000 . The Project has an expected duration of 730 days.
