Citywide Elevator Maintenance and Repairs All work shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 399, Florida Statutes, governing elevators, as an elevator service contractor. The awarded Contractor shall perform routine and periodic inspections and tests on the elevator components. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
