Project No. 24024, 21-1011 The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified Contractors ("Bidders," "Proposers," "Contractors," Proposing Bidders") to renovate an existing City building to become the new offices of the City Building Department along with a commercial space to lease as a new cafe/restaurant. The building area is approximately 9100 sf. The majority of the interior has been demolished, and a demolition permit is in place for the awarded contractor to complete. The project location is 18050 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions regarding this bid shall be directed in writing Questions may be submitted via email to: Purchasing@sibfl.net. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid, which best serves the interest of, and represents the best value to, the City in conformity with the criteria set forth in Section 62-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach
