**As of February 14, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on mid-March.** The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 25,000 LF of 4-inch through 12-inch gravity sewer piping, replacement of 147 LF of 8" sewer main, along with the installation of 112 LF of 8" sewer piping installed via Boring and Jack under a Norfolk Southern Railroad, and 195 LF of new 8" sewer pipe installed via open-cut in place replacement. The project will also include the rehabilitation of 26 manholes, and installation of three 4-foot manholes. Rehabilitation of the gravity sewer infrastructure will include reinstatement of sewer connections and new sewer lateral piping. The project will also include 3,637 LF of pipe cleaning and inspection via CCTV that was not conducted during design due to access issues and pipe obstructions. Once the cleaning and inspection via CCTV has been completed, the pipe will be evaluated for rehabilitation purposes. Bid Notes : Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids may be submitted by mail or courier. While there is an option to attend the Bid Opening virtually, hardcopy bids are still required to be received. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
