The project consists of the following: Earthwork and grading, erosion control (NCDEQ), site uti lities (water/sewer/electrical), concrete and asphalt paving, tennis court (alternate) Est. Completion Date: Oct. 9, 2025 All questions will be due in writing to Emily Sefranek by no later than 8:00 AM local time on September 29, 2025 at esefranek@withersravenel.com. A final addendum will be released by October 3, 2025 at 3:00 PM local time. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable to Town of Liberty.
