No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bids without the approval and written consent of the Town of West Hartford. The Town of West Hartford is seeking a contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, services, insurance (with specific coverage for work on PCB), and incidentals which are necessary or required to perform the work in accordance with applicable governmental regulations and these specifications for the removal and disposal of existing presumed PCB containing slab vapor barrier materials associated with the Gym floor slab in King Phillip Middle School - see Drawing F-1 for material types and locations. Disposal of removed floor sleepers and slab vapor barrier as presumed PCB-containing bulk product waste. Dispose of removed Gym wood flooring as construction debris. Supply and install sheet wood athletic flooring in the Gym of King Phillip Middle School as shown on Drawing F1. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding and to make awards in any manner that is the most beneficial to the Town.
