Replacement of Garage Doors and mechanisms for main garage of C Building. Work also includes some security work. Refer to Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications and Drawings for complete project details. The contractor's scope of services as described below: The bidder is to include for all labour, material, equipment, supervision, coordination, and health and safety requirements to complete the full scope of work identified in this entire RFQ. Bidders shall include for providing project progress updates, weekly or at regular frequency agreed to by BGIS and the vendor to suit the project progression. The progress update shall include but not limited to a progress of work, trades on sites, crew size(s), potential risks & opportunities, HSE, site conditions, material & equipment deliveries / delays, weather etc., in a documented sequential format with photos (time and date stamped), provided to BGIS PM and the Prime Consultant for review. The scope of Services above is further detailed in the attached document referenced in the RFQ Documents Section 2.1 below and Bidders are to include for the entire scope of Services. 1. E-Bid Bond - 10% of the Contract value excluding taxes. 2. Performance Bond - 50% of the Contract value including taxes. 3. Labour and Material Bond - 50% of the Contract value including taxes.
