Reference Number 0000283806 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/10 02:00:00 PM EST The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of on-demand plumbing and sewer services. The selected Proponent will be required to provide qualified, licensed professionals to address various plumbing and sewer needs, including but not limited to: Resolving blockages Conducting inspection services, including camera inspections Performing emergency repairs on the underground network These services will be required across all TOH campuses (Civic, General, Riverside), University of Ottawa Heart Institute, and Ottawa Health Science Centre. The Proponent must possess knowledge and expertise specific to equipment and controls in the industry. The Proponent shall execute the work in a careful and workmanlike manner, report equipment condition and service recommendations all in accordance with all applicable Codes and Standards. Equipment The Proponent shall be responsible for supplying all tools and materials required to complete the work in every detail. All materials, unless specified otherwise, must conform to the applicable industry standards. The required equipment includes: Flusher Units (both normal height and low height to enter parking garages) CCTV inspection and pipe locating equipment Pumper Units (both normal height and low height to enter parking garages) Combination Units (capable of pumping and flushing simultaneously) Thawing Machine and Steamer unit Grease Trap pumper All required Tools and Equipment shall be the responsibility of the Proponent. The Proponent must have consistent and timely access to all tools, and equipment necessary to perform works, whether owned or through rental.
