Sealed bids are invited for the removal of an existing locker room and installation of new toilets for VDOT's Lynchburg District Hampden Sydney AHQ (FAACS #B3190129) located at 50 Highway Shop Road, Farmville, Virginia 23901. Renovations to the Hampden Sydney AHQ Toilets is generally described as the removal of an existing locker room and adding new toilet facilities into an existing building. The new toilets will be installed withing the existing room footprint. This renovation will include but is not limited to removal of the existing locker room, ceiling grid, lockers and installation of new plumbing fixtures, drains, mechanical and plumbing and related accessories to support the new work.
