Construction Services for the replacement of an existing masonry pedestrian bridge connecting the Performing Arts Building (PAB) and the Music Theater Building (MTB). All existing associated building components will be replaced with a new elevated and covered pedestrian bridge. 1,185 GSF The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: The Total Base Bid Amount as entered into Mason's e-Builder System and as entered within the Standard Bid Form (both entries MUST match), including any properly submitted and received bid modifications plus such successive Additive Bid Items as the Owner in its discretion decides to award in the manner set forth in Paragraph 12 of the Instructions to Bidders (HECO-7A-EB). Masons Annual SWaM Goal: 50% Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. At the end of the sixty (60) calendar days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time, it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled.
