Your firm is invited tosubmit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a Roof mounted Solar Array located at: 198 S. MAIN STREET GLEN CARBON, ILLINOIS 62034 for: -GCCL Solar Array All bidders are required toprequalify tothe requirements described in Document 002113 -Instructions to Bidders. Project Description: Installation of anew demand-based rooftop mounted Solar Array with alternates for expanded production. Illinois Law requires that contractors pay the prevailing wage rates asdetermined by the Department of Labor. No less than the current 2024 prevailing wage rate in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Rate Act (820 ILCS 130/) Performance and Payment bonds for One hundred percent (100%) ofthe contract sum will berequired from the successful bidder. Executed Project Labor Agreement will be required from the successful bidder. All Bidding contractors shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Illinois Human Rights Act [775 ILCS 5]. All federal and State laws, rules, and regulations that prohibit discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry, age, order of protection status, military status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, unfavorable discharge from military service, and physical or mental disability. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. No bidder may withdraw his bid for aperiod of sixty (60) days after the actual date tothe opening thereof.
