Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This project will relocate the existing vehicle service road outside the Runway Object Free Area. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid made payable to the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon reward. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of sealed bids for a period of 120 days. A Notice-of-Award for the Contract will be issued once a successful bidder has been determined and funding has been secured.
