17th Street Regional Park - 94725 - Sarasota County Project scope includes but is not limited to construction of a new regional park along 17th Street in north Sarasota County, as a component of the North County Athletic Facilities Master Plan. The 17th Street Regional Park site is approximately 200 acres. It includes the Miss Sarasota Softball complex, the current 17th Street Park, adjacent County utility property, and connectivity with adjacent public properties such as Circus Hammock. The complete build-out of the 17th Street Regional Park will be accomplished in phases. Phase 1 includes facilities and amenities on the eastern portion of the site which includes former utilities property and the Miss Sarasota Softball complex. Interested subcontractor bidders are instructed to go to https://www.tandemconstruction.com/about/subcontractors to fill out necessary forms to become pre-qualified to bid and receive bidding information.
