Site Clean-Up) LICENSE REQUIREMENT: General Engineering, Pipe lines, Pipelines Engineering Contractor, Underground Utility/Excavation, Genera Building Contractor SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to demolish existing Sewage Pump Station and construct proposed Sewage Pumping Station No. 0329 at a new location, demolish and dispose the existing pump house and underground structures (wet well and dry well), and removal of all equipment in the wet well and dry well interior (including pumps, guide rails, and controls), remove approximately 38 LF of sanitary sewer, remove approximately 24 LF of existing force main, remove existing electrical equipment, demolish existing backflow preventer, install approximately 119 LF of 12-inch sanitary sewer installed via open cut; install new 8-foot diameter wet well structure with a double leaf aluminum watertight hatch model TDH per USF fabrication or approved equal, install two (2) new submersible pumps NP 3202 -Impeller 469 (290 mm) 45 HP motor, with new rail system inside the wet well, Install new valve vault structure 8'-6" x 7'-2" (ID) with heavy-duty aluminum watertight hatch and internal components, including but not limited to 8-inch diameter discharge piping, fittings, valves, and analog pressure gauges (with diaphragm and shutoff valve); install new sump pump in the valve vault and required discharge pipe (1 1/2 " diameter) to the wet well, install new 6-inch DIP by-pass, connected to the proposed 8-inch discharge piping, install approximately 92 LF of 8-inch force main discharge from valve vault to existing 8-inch force main; cast new concrete slabs for the installation of the electrical equipment, cast new concrete platform for junction boxes and backflow preventer, install approximately 45 linear feet of new 3/4 type k water service line with backflow preventer, protective cage, and hose bibb; new concrete slab with new electrical service and equipment, including a control panel, RTU panel, main disconnect and FPL meter; furnishing and installing plants and foliage as per design plans, removal of two existing trees, and restoration of impacted site areas, including but not limited to re-grading and installing sod, including area current pump station site.
