West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all supervision, labor, and materials for the construction of their new softball facility. Technical questions regarding this RFB and its specifications and are to be submitted in writing. Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
