The City of Pasco, Washington (City), through its Community & Economic Development Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to lead an update to our Comprehensive plan. With Pasco's rapid growth, projected to reach 140,000 residents by 2045, this plan will serve as a roadmap for managing our future. It must reflect the community's evolving needs while staying aligned with the Growth Management Act (GMA), Franklin County's policies, and regional priorities. It is the sole responsibility of the Consultant to obtain any RFP updates or addenda from the City's website. Question Deadline 12/25/2024 Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed Jacob Gonzalez, Land Use & Planning Advisor, at gonzalezj@pasco-wa.gov no less than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due.
