Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a civil project in Moss Landing, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the following work: Expand and enhance the Springfield Water System including well equipping, well modifications, two new 110,000 gallon bolted steel water storage tanks, chlorination facilities, site improvements, electrical & lighting improvements, electrical & chemical building, back-up generator, pump station, approx 12,500 linear feet of new 6 & 8 inch potable water distribution system piping in public roads and private easements including a new cased crossing across State Route 1 and water service laterals from the main to private residences & businesses. The project also includes the removal and/or abandonment of the existing Springfield Water System and the Moss Landin Mobile Home Park well, including destruction of that well and the destruction of two private wells.
