Recommending a General Plan Consistency Finding for the Proposed Safer Street Roadway Improvements to Eldorado Drive and Fairway Drive and Finding the Action Exempt under Section 15301(c) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This project has been reviewed in accordance with the authority and criteria contained in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State and local CEQA Guidelines, and the environmental regulations of the City. The City, acting as Lead Agency, determined the proposed roadway improvements within the existing rights-of-way for the affected roadway segments of Eldorado Drive and Fairway Drive are exempt under CEQA Section 15301(c), Existing Facilities, including streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities. Any interested person may attend the meeting and be heard or present written comments to the Planning Commission at or prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. According to Government Code Section 65009, if you challenge the Planning Commission's action in court or at an administrative proceeding, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City, either at or prior to the public hearing.
