Shall provide On-Call Engineering Plan Check services for private land development projects, public works/capital improvement projects, parcel and final maps, legal descriptions, lot line adjustments and parcel mergers, and encroachment permits, including but not limited to Plan Check of surface improvements (including grading, pavement, curb and gutter layouts, sidewalk and other facilities to be constructed in the Public Right-of-way or as part of private land development projects), alterations and repairs to existing facilities, traffic control facilities, trench work (including verifying bedding materials, trench backfill and pavement restoration), water quality management plans, hydrology and hydraulic studies, geotechnical studies, traffic impact studies, traffic control plans, new utility construction, and confirmation of compliance with approved plans, specifications, conditions of approval, and applicable federal, state and local codes. These services may be on an intermittent basis. Bluebeam Revu will be used for digital submittals, and ability to use the software is required. Reference RFP for further details pages 6 and 7.
