The installation of 3" HDPE conduit on the north side of Miles Avenue from the intersection of Miles Avenue/Washington Ave to the west side of the intersection of Miles Avenue/Warner Trail, the installation of landscaping and irrigation on Miles Avenue from Washington Street to Highway 111, the replacement of the existing pavers and restriping at the intersections of Hwy 111 and Cook Street (north and south sides), Hwy 111 and Rancho Palmeras Drive (south side), Hwy 111 and El Dorado Drive (north and south sides), Hwy 111 and Indian Wells Lane (north side), and Hwy 111 and Club Drive (south side) are included as alternative bid items. City shall award the contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as determined by the City from the BASE BID ALONE. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bids or in the bidding process.
