The project includes removing all loose existing gravel, removing eight existing solar tubes and cover hole with new plywood or sheet metal, replacing two "through wall" scuppers with new 6x6 sheet metal scuppers, priming all surfaces with substrate primer prior to Spray Foam application, applying General Coatings Urethane Spray Foam roofing system over entire roof surface, and applying three layers of General Coating 1000 elastomeric coating over entire roof area plus a top finish coat in white color.
