Liquidated Damages $750 per day Project Duration Twenty (20) working days Scope of Services The City of Indian Wells Public Works Department is seeking qualified roofing contractors to provide bids for the re-roof of Fire Station 55. The project includes removing all loose existing gravel, removing eight existing solar tubes and cover hole with new plywood or sheet metal, replacing two "through wall" scuppers with new 6x6 sheet metal scuppers, priming all surfaces with substrate primer prior to Spray Foam application, applying General Coatings Urethane Spray Foam roofing system over entire roof surface, and applying three layers of General Coating 1000 elastomeric coating over entire roof area plus a top finish coat in white color. The bid security must be submitted in original hard copy directly to the City Clerk's office prior to specified time and date for the Bid opening.
