The Parking Authority of the City of Camden (PACC) is soliciting Qualification Proposals for Professional Services for the following services 2025 Snow Removal, De-Icing & Ice Removal Individuals and firms that download an RFQ and intend to participate in the RFQ evaluation process shall advise Ms. Banks via email at dbanks@camdenparking.net of their intent to participate and provide the name of the individual or firm, address, identify the RFQ that they are responding to, phone and fax numbers, contact person and email address in order to receive any addenda issued by the Authority prior to the RFQ submittal date. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of an RFQ submittal as nonresponsive. All respondents to the RFQ are required to comply with Affirmative Action Compliance requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). This Request for Qualifications does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the Parking Authority of the City of Camden may choose contractor(s) that best meet(s) the Parking Authority of the City of Camden's needs. It is the Parking Authority of the City of Camden's intent that no statutory, regulatory, or common law bidding requirement apply to these Request for Qualifications. The Parking Authority of the City of Camden intends to award any contract(s) for these services pursuant to N.J.S.A.
