Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Seguin, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a golf course.
Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or an approved bidder's bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum total bid, payable to the City of Seguin, Texas without recourse, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds on the forms provided, within ten (10) working days after the award of contract. The work will be awarded under a single lump sum contract for all general construction work per Section 00 2116 and Section 00 4200. No proposal may be changed, amended or modified after the same has been submitted. A proposal may be withdrawn, however, and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of proposals. The City of Seguin has the right to accept or reject any bid or to waive any technicality which may be in the best interest of the City of Seguin.
