Seguin Independent School District ("SISD") reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Responses, to waive all informalities and irregularities, and to make a selection in the best interest of the District. Removal of existing walk-in freezer installed inside the building Install a new walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage outside the building Walk-in with insulated concrete floor with electric heat in the freezer floor area. High-speed doors for the freezer, cooler, and between the existing building and the walk-in. Electric insulated garage door to the outside loading area. Two exit doors, one next to the dock door and one in the back of the dry storage area. Metal awing at the dock door. Bollards on the outside to protect the exterior of the walk-in 6' perimeter fence with a swing gate in front of the walk-in. Lighting included inside and out. Connection to existing utilities. Awarded vendor is responsible for all drawings and obtaining and complying with permits with the City of Seguin and Guadalupe County. No Pre-Proposal Conference will be held.
