BID STIPULATIONS Bids will be based on a single lump sum abatement. A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Project Owner (Board of Education - District #7) in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid shall accompany the Bid Package as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, execute the contract and proceed with the work.
