Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hertford County Public Schools invites single prime bids on the project known as the "Hertford County Schools - High School and Middle Schools BAS Upgrade". Work of the Project includes demolition and removal of existing HVAC controls systems for the two schools; installation of new direct digital (DDC) controls for all existing major HVAC equipment at the two schools; new BAS front end and graphics accessible via Web platform for Owner to adjust set points, modify schedules, and monitor the system remotely and view alarms; limited test, adjusting, and balancing of existing systems at the end of the project. Project does NOT include any equipment replacement, ductwork or piping systems modifications, or troubleshooting of any existing equipment operation
