Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project shall include an upgrade of the existing mechanical system to be more efficient and meet the needs of the COURTS. This will include a change from an air-cooled chiller to a water-cooled chiller, a new enclosure/structure for the new chiller, add heat exchanger, upgrade the building controls, and remove and replace water boilers and pumps, etc. This project construction will need to be phased: Cooling components upgraded and replaced during winter months and the heating components upgraded during the summer months. Only Firms Pre-qualified During Stage I of the Rfs Are Allowed to Bid on This Project.
