Sealed bids will be received bythe Adams County Board ofSupervisors for the purchase,from the lowest and best bidder,of the following items as needed, for the Department of RoadManagement, of Disaster Debris Removal Services, for a period of (1) year starting February1. 2025 and ending February 1,2026. Bids submitted with qualifications or exceptions will not beconsidered.All bids are to be SEALED,PLAINLY ADDRESSED TOTHE ADAMS COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,and outside of envelope containing bids should be marked;"BID ON (# Item Bidding On)". Bid prices are to be firm and notsubject to change during the period specified above. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waiver informalities and to reject any and allbids. The Adams County Board ofSupervisors is soliciting bidsto acquire the services of aqualified vendor to enter into apre-disaster event contract. withno immediate or annual cost toAdams County for the followingservice: Vendor shall provide disaster debris removal servicesfrom county Right of Waysincluding, but not limited to,clean-up debris resultingfrom a natural or man-madedisaster in order to eliminateimmediate threats to publichealth and safety; as well asassist in community disasterrecovery. The bid price will be based oncubic yards, also price shall include any and all flagging, loading, and hauling of debris to adesignated landfill of county'schoice within Adams County.Adams County will be responsible for all tipping fees. This price will be good for 1year starting February 1, 2025through February 1, 2026
