The Town of Moncks Corner is currently accepting bids for lawn mowing and debris removal services. Town Staff will continue mowing all public lands in the Town, but from time to time privately-owned lots will require lawn maintenance due to the unwillingness or inability of the lot owner to properly maintain the property. The Town is seeking a firm to maintain these lots on an as-needed basis. o All work will be on an as-needed basis o The number and size of lots will vary o With the exception of adjacent sidewalks, there will be no edging, trimming, raking, or blowing o Lots must be mowed within seven days of notice o Debris removal incidental to mowing should be included in the mowing price. o Debris removal not related to mowing will be billed per man-hour plus actual disposal fees. Any other cost (transportation, etc.) should be included in the man-hour fee. o A current Town of Moncks Corner business license will be required. o Set price for mowing lots one-half (1/2) acre or less in size o Price for mowing per additional quarter (1/4) acre, or portion thereof, for any lots larger than one-half (1/2)acre o Price per man-hour for debris (junk, etc.) removal services o Please provide 2024 and 2023 pricing for each item above o Proof of Liability Insurance Please submit sealed bids to Lawn Care Bids Justin Westbrook, Community Development Director PO Box 700 118 Carolina Avenue Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
