Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Silverdale, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This task order is to remove the existing composition roofing system of buildings 2200 and 2209, and replace with a new standing seam metal roofing system with a 20 year warranty. This work to include the removal and replacement of 25% of the roof sheathing, 25% of gutters, 25% of downspouts. The new roofing system shall include all required vents, closures, accessories, clips, sealants and flashings. Permanent fall arrest brackets shall be installed per manufacturer's instructions to allow for 100% tie off for personnel while accessing the roof.
