Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pleasant Hope, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Pleasant Hope R-VI School District would like to invite you to submit a concrete sidewalk bid for the Pleasant Hope Elementary School. Construction may begin January 14th, 2025 with completion of work no later than March 1st, 2025. Bid Specifications: All labor and materials required to complete the PHES concrete sidewalk (East) must be included in the bid. The sidewalk is located on the East side of the elementary school between the pre-kindergarten playground and elementary school building. The sidewalk dimensions are 230 feet in length by 9 feet in width. Preparation: Base Rock delivery and grade (grade to ensure correct concrete depth, 3/4 inch clean base rock) must be included. Rebar Installation: Rebar Squares (approximately 2X2 feet) & #4 rebar (1 2 inch) Concrete Pour & Finish (approximately 4 inches) inclusive of expansion joints approximately every 9 feet. The District Office will be closed for Winter Break from December 20th at 4:00 p.m. until January 6th at 8 a.m. Please contact JR Kyle, Maintenance and Operations Director, with any questions at 417-267-2850.
