ARH IR Equipment Replacement. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for Prime Architectural Consultant Services is underway for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and additional consultants not set forth in the Services outlined below. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and code. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for ACUTE CARE projects, greater than $150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for ACUTE CARE projects, greater than $150K. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): mechanical; electrical; structural; code. * Question Deadline: Jan 2nd 2025, 3:00 PM PST
